Using Simultaneous Engineering, the parallel development of the same project, one or more companies, even participating in optimizing the part and the mold, in this way the total development times of the product are drastically reduced.
In the construction of molds of series our customers look for short cycles to increase productivity. Series molds are designed and built to achieve the most economical final product possible, whether they are small or large series, indistinctly. Our specialty is mechanical solutions in kinematics, avoiding the use of cylinders to eliminate incidents caused by their regulation and obtaining a significant reduction in the time of setting up the machine, as all the maneuvers are carried out within the mold opening phase. This, added to optimal cooling, also produces a relevant cycle reduction. With the use of Ampco material for molds, 5 to 10 times more conductive than steel for molds, we are able to better cool the mold in areas where conventional cooling is difficult.
Our Technical Office collaborates with the Institute Marianao, in the training of new Industrial Designers, offering them business practices, technical assistance and collaboration.
Our Technical Department is perfectly equipped with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM/CAE workstations. For the design and machining, various programs oriented to the construction of molds are used, which they are updated regularly. Our translators allow us to use practically all kinds of CAD information
